Corona and society
Students of Al-Manathira School for Superior, Age 13-14, in Najaf Governorate, Al-Manathira District, Iraq
The project organisers are the Headteacher Taghreed Al-Janabi, the Art teacher and supervisor Zina Salman Abo Jazra and the Iraqi Women art and War(IWAW) Committee member in Iraq and the organizer and the translator of the virtual exhibition Khalidah Taifor.
The exhibition reflects an art curriculum with student KS3, which links lessons to the current reality of society in terms of COVID19 and expresses the students' feelings about the pandemic. Using art therapeutic to show how to overcome mental health in this difficult stage of life and coexist with it.

طالبات مدرسة المناذرة للمتفوقات عمر ١٣-١٤ في محافظة النجف قضاء المناذرة
منظموا المشروع هم المديرة تغريد الجنابي والمشرفة مدرسة الفنون زينا سلمان أبو جزرة ,وخالدة طيفور عضو لجنة المرأة العراقية الفن والحرب في العراق والمنظم والمترجم للمعرض الافتراضي كورونا و المجتمع.
يعكس المعرض المبدأ الدراسي مع طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط ، والذي يربط الدروس بالواقع الحالي للمجتمع فيما يخص وباء كورونا ويعبر عن مشاعر الطلاب تجاهه. ولقد تم استخدام الفن العلاجي لإظهار كيفية تحسين الحالة النفسية في هذه المرحلة الصعبة من الحياة والتعايش معها.

A story of a child who has a covid-19. He suffered badly from it and he almost died. There is hope symbolized in this art as a butterfly while the Health Care staff is trying to help him. The word (life) written in many languages around him.

قصة طفل مصاب بفيروس كوفيد -19. لقد عانى بشدة منه وكاد ان يموت. هناك أمل يُرمز إليه في هذا الفن كفراشة بينما يحاول طاقم الرعاية الصحية مساعدته. كلمة (حياة) مكتوبة بعدة لغات من حوله.
